First tenant for Cumulus Schiphol-Rijk
Electronics for Imaging (EFI) leases approximately 1,700 sq m of office space and 40 parking spaces in office building Cumulus at Schiphol-Rijk (Tupolevlaan 65-75). EFI is the first tenant in the building since the development in 2002.
The new owner Icon Real Estate had a clear vision about the positioning when he purchased the building in 2013. As a result he invented a new concept in order to facilitate future tenants in the most optimal way. A modern lunch facility and espresso bar were among others added to the facilities.
There is still approx. 3,500 sq m of office space available for rent in Cumulus.
