Inventive Systems B.V. leases 1,232 sq. m. of office space in Rijswijk
ERP software supplier Inventive Systems B.V. has entered into a long-term commitment for the lease of 1,232 sq. m. of office space in office building De Zuidflank, located at Patrijsweg 4-10 in Rijswijk. The office space is owned by Trinity Vastgoed XVI B.V. Inventive Systems B.V. is already a tenant in the building, but is expanding its offices by 600 sq. m. to accommodate recent growth. The expansion will allow Inventive to set up an Experience Center in which clients can experience their software in a virtual-reality environment.
De Zuidflank is located at a highly visible location and is easily accessible by both public transport and car. Inventive Systems B.V. shares the building with a number of other companies, including Emerson, Autotaalglas, Fruition Partners, Raambekleding Nederland and Golfplaza.
