New stichd® head office to be realised by the Renschdael Groep

The Renschdael Groep investor-developer and stichd brand licensing partner are working together to design and build a new and special head office for stichd in ’s-Hertogenbosch. The office will be a new home for stichd’s employees and, in addition to its function as a place to work, will in particular provide space for making connections, while lending itself as a meeting place for colleagues, customers and brand partners. A place to create and innovate, everything converges on this new location which has a direct link to both the countryside and the city centre.

The new international stichd head office will be located at the current Bastion Zuid office complex in ’s-Hertogenbosch, a wonderful location with a view across the old fortifications of the capital of Noord-Brabant.

Since mid-2021, Renschdael Groep and stichd have been involved in the innovative realisation of the ’s-Hertogenbosch company’s business premises. The BiermanHenket architectural firm designed both the transformation and interior. The total office space and car park to be created will cover 6000 square metres, and will result in a modern green and sustainable office environment to comply with BREAAM and WELL requirements.

Using this design, stichd focuses on maximising the creativity, well-being and productivity of its employees, which is in perfect line with the stichd philosophy. Stichd designs and distributes select product categories for partners such as PUMA, Tommy Hilfiger, Levi’s and Calvin Klein, for which quality, detail and creativity are key. The new office environment is to facilitate this.

Renschdael Groep and stichd recently signed a long-term lease for the head office. Its realisation will commence in 2023; stichd will move into the building by the end of 2024. Stichd has opted for Bastion Zuid because the building and location provide a perfect combination of a state-of-the-art office building at a central location with excellent accessibility, while retaining the connection to the city centre and its amenities. The location complies with the requirements for quality and attracting and maintaining talent.
