Onderlinge ’s‐Gravenhage moves to Anna van Saksenlaan in The Hague

Onderlinge 's-Gravenhage, the pension and life insurance firm, has moved to a new office at Anna van Saksenlaan 10 in The Hague. This means that the firm is vacating its historic office building on Zeestraat, which it has occupied for more than 100 years. The building has been sold to PATRIZIA.

New location

The Madoura office building is located in a new and dynamic business park, ‘De Groene Schenk’, close to the Beatrixkwartier and with walking distance of The Hague Laan van N.O.I. railway station. The building’s offices are divided over five floors, and the building has been awarded energy label A. Onderlinge 's-Gravenhage’s new neighbours will include organizations such as the Netherlands Organisation for Scientific Research (NWO), Zorg Onderneming Nederland (ZON) and the Netherlands Development Finance Company (FMO).

Sale of Zeestraat property

Onderlinge ‘s-Gravenhage was located on Zeestraat for many years. This historic office building, together with the surrounding buildings and plots, has been sold to PATRIZIA. The property consists of nine adjacent properties (some of which are interconnected internally) and a private courtyard garden with ample private parking. These properties are located in the Zeeheldenkwartier.
