Owner Piet Hein Buildings lets 1,700 sq m to Hay Group

The owner of Piet Hein Buildings (Piet Heinkade 61-135, Amsterdam) has signed a long-term lease agreement with Hay Group for approximately 1,700 sq m of office space and 50 parking spaces in the underlying garage. Hay Group will make use of the office space from the 1st of November 2014.

Piet Hein Buildings is a state-of-the-art office building in the centre of Amsterdam with excellent facilities including a restaurant and meeting room. Because of the flexible floor layout, the building is well equipped for the latest trends in office accommodation. Piet Hein Buildings consists of three parts: red, white and blue. The office space that Hay Group leases is located in the white and blue building.

CBRE acted on behalf of the owner in this transaction. JLL advised Hay Group. The letting of the Piet Hein Buildings is performed by CBRE, JLL and DRS Makelaars.
