Rubens Capital Partners acquires housing portfolio

Rubens Capital Partners (RCP) has acquired from Amvest a portfolio consisting of 478 homes. The homes – approximately 77% apartments and 23% single-family homes – are spread across various locations in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague, Eindhoven and Amersfoort.

CBRE advised the vendor in the transaction. Amvest received legal advice from Houthoff, while Rubens Capital Partners received legal advice from Loyens & Loeff.
