Spaces first tenant in Wonderwoods Utrecht

Spaces has become the first company to lease offices in the Wonderwoods development in Utrecht. The provider of flexible office space has signed a long-term lease for 5,700 sq. m.

Wonderwoods consists of two green towers with a hectare of ‘vertical forest’ on Croeselaan in Utrecht. The complex is due for completion in 2022.

The first tower was designed by Italian architect Stefano Boeri. Trees and shrubs from the province of Utrecht have been incorporated into its green façade. Tower II, a design by MVSA Architects, has integrated the natural world into the building’s atriums, interior gardens and roof terraces. Spaces will move into the 2nd and 3rd floors of Tower II.
