Swedish and Israeli embassies lease property at Johan de Wittlaan 7

The Swedish and Israeli embassies have signed a lease agreement for office space at Johan de Wittlaan 3-7 in The Hague. The embassies will be leasing 700 sq. m. and 1,150 sq. m. respectively.

The property is located in The Hague’s international zone. The office complex consists of approximately 14,000 sq. m. of office space spread across 3 building sections and is currently being renovated. Once the new tenants have moved in there will still be space available in the office complex. Johan de Wittlaan 5 (approximately 3,800 sq. m.) is available as a multi-tenant building and Johan de Wittlaan 3 (approx. 6,200 sq. m. is available for a single tenant.
