Under Armour opens new shop
Under Armour rents retail space corner Heiligeweg/Singel
The American sportswear brand Under Armour has signed a long-term lease agreement for the lease of approximately 350 m2 of retail space at the prominent corner of Heiligeweg 46/Singel 435 in the city centre of Amsterdam. This transaction is a relocation of Under Armour's former shop located at the Kalverstraat.
The leased space comprises the ground floor, first floor and basement of the building. Under Armour has furnished the, by landlord completely renovated, unit according to its own styling concept. The shop recently opened to the public.
CBRE advised Under Armour in this transaction. The landlord (private investor) was assisted by Ambuco Property Consultancy.
