Vitol renews lease on Rotterdam offices

Raw materials and energy trading house Vitol recently agreed a new long-term lease for its office building at K.P. van der Mandelelaan 130-144 in Rotterdam.

The property is owned by Westpoort Vastgoed and was developed specifically for Vitol in 2009. This state-of-the-art office building features 2,856 sq. m. of office accommodation and 118 parking spaces on its own site. The building is located in a prominent high-visibility position on Brainpark I office park in Rotterdam.

Westpoort Vastgoed is an investor, developer and manager of a commercial real estate portfolio made up of offices, shops, business accommodation and large-scale and out-of-town trading locations. Westpoort Vastgoed also represents the interests of the Roobol family's property portfolio.
