Arkea REIM acquires Energieweg 9 in Blijdorp Rotterdam

Arkea REIM has acquired the building at Energieweg 9 in Blijdorp Rotterdam from Green Road Capital. Arkea REIM, in collaboration with Arkea Real Estate and Sienna Real Estate, acquired the property on behalf of the Transitions Europe SCPI Fund and is the first acquisition in the Netherlands.

The property concerns a high quality built-to-spec health club, containing a large gym, swimming pool and wellness facilities. The building has 3,100 m² of lettable floor space, divided over two floors and has 125 private parking spaces. The property is long-let to David Lloyd Health Clubs.

Green Road Capital was advised commercially by CBRE and legal advice was performed by Lexence. Arkéa Real Estate was advised by their local investment manager Sienna Real Estate, legally assisted by Greenberg Traurig and technically advised by Drees & Sommer.
