Arkéa REIM has acquired the office building at the Laan van Vredenoord 8-24 in Rijswijk. The property is acquired from M7 on behalf of the Arkéa REIM Transitions Europe SCPI Fund.
Laan van Vredenoord 8-24 is a high-quality five-story office building, comprising 5.366 sqm LFA of office area and 140 parking spaces on the parking deck and underground garage. The property was constructed in 2008, benefits from energy label A and is let to two tenants for an extended duration.
