CBRE Zwolle team expands with Robert IJntema and Joep Groenestein

Robert IJntema will join the CBRE Zwolle team as senior real estate advisor starting this month. IJntema will be working from the Advisory & Transaction team and will focus on advising real estate end users on the leasing, acquisition and sale- and leaseback of offices and industrial space in the Northeast Netherlands region.

With an extensive background in real estate consulting, IJntema brings the necessary experience and knowledge of the market. In recent years he has held similar positions within various companies.

Joep Groenestein will join the MidCap - Capital Markets team on March 1 and will focus on advising investors on buying and selling investment properties in the East Netherlands region.
