Bryant Park Maxima sells office building of approx. 5,500 sqm near Schiphol Airport
Bryant Park Maxima, a fund affiliated with New York based global asset manager Marathon Asset Management LP ('Marathon') has sold the office building at Beechavenue 1-19 in Schiphol-Rijk to a private investor.
The multi-tenant office building is located in the popular business district of Schiphol-Rijk and is part of RichPort office park. Beechavenue 1-19 was built in 2002 and comprises approximately 5,500 square meters of lettable office space and 150 parking spaces. The building has energy label A and is currently almost fully let to three tenants.
Bryant Park Maxima V was commercially advised in this transaction by CBRE in cooperation with BT Makelaars and Edmond de Rothschild REIM Benelux. Seller was legally assisted by Loyens & Loeff and Savills is responsible for technical management. Buyer was assisted by MOS Mother Of Space, BEEX Real Estate and N/P Notarial Partners.
