Central Government Real Estate Agency purchases Pas de Deux I & II in Zwolle

The Central Government Real Estate Agency recently acquired the Pas de Deux I & II office building. The office complex is located directly opposite Zwolle Central Station at Hanzelaan 268-290 in the Hanzeland district. The building has a total lettable area of 8,590 sq. m. and 82 parking spaces.

CBRE Zwolle provided expert advice to the vendor, the limited partnership Hanzevast Fonds 27 C.V., a merger fund, on this transaction.
