Nysingh lawyers and civil-law notaries opts for Zwolle Trade Center

After years at Burgermeester Roelenweg, Nysingh lawyers and civil-law notaries (hereafter Nysingh) has decided to move its Zwolle branch to the Zwolle Trade Center at Grote Voort. Nysingh agreed a long-term lease for 1700 sq. m. of office space on the 18th and 19th floors that entered into effect on 1 October 2021.

The move is part of the rebranding of Nysingh. This also includes a new corporate identity and the layout of the various offices will be reviewed where possible – starting with Arnhem and Utrecht, and Zwolle is up next.

Meeting place

As an employer, Nysingh aims to use the offices as a meeting place with a focus on communication and cooperation. The company believes it is not only important to attract new talent but also to retain good employees. The current offices no longer served to promote all of the above and are no longer an economically-sound location.

Law firm in the highest location

After an intensive search, Nysingh has decided to move to the 18th and 19th floors of the Zwolle Trade Center. For now, this makes Nysingh Zwolle’s highest law firm. The modern layout of the building combined with column-free floors allows for complete freedom in the design of the new office floors. Both floors will also be connected by an internal open staircase and the landlord will be contributing to an upgrade of the foyer on the ground floor.
