CBRE Eindhoven expands team to accommodate increasing demand

To facilitate the rapidly rising demand for specialist and integrated real estate advice, CBRE Eindhoven will be joined by a new expert and an internal appointment will also take place. Starting in mid-January, Sjoerd van Nieuwburg will join the Industrial & Logistics team for the south of the Netherlands as a senior consultant. Bart Eerden, who already works for CBRE Nederland, will also join the team for the south of the Netherlands as a senior consultant in the MidCap Investment Properties.

The addition of Sjoerd van Nieuwburg and Bart Eerden is an important step in the development of the office of CBRE Eindhoven. It takes the total number of experts in the Eindhoven team to twelve.

Background

Sjoerd van Nieuwburg (29) joins us from Colliers and started work as Senior Consultant in the Industrial & Logistics team for the south of the Netherlands in mid-January. Sjoerd worked at Colliers Eindhoven for seven years, also as a Senior Consultant. His extensive knowledge of the rapidly growing regional market will bolster CBRE’s activities in the regional industrial & logistics sectors.

Bart Eerden (31) has made a transition within CBRE, moving from the Advisory & Transactions Services to the MidCap Investment Properties team which focuses on investment transactions in the south of the Netherlands.
