International Baccalaureate extends lease at The Statesman

The International Baccalaureate (IB) has extended the lease of approximately 5,100 sq. m. of office space at The Statesman building. The IB has been housed in this building in the Statenkwartier district of the Hague since 2011. The Statesman is property of the Rietveld real estate fund managed by GARBE Institutional Capital Netherlands B.V. After a market exploration the current multi-tenant building turned out to be most suitable. The environment has a variety of advantages for the many international employees. The other tenants in the building are almost without exception international organisations such as embassies, consulates and commercial service providers. The building has several available units.
