HFB Investments rents 1,000 sq. m. of office space in Rotterdam Scheepvaartkwartier
HFB Investments, a full-service BIM agency, will be leasing 1,033 sq. m. of office space on the fifth floor of HNK Rotterdam Scheepvaartkwartier at Vasteland 78 in Rotterdam. The company has signed a long-term lease for the property with owner NSI.
HNK is short for Het Nieuwe Kantoor (translation: The New Office) and is part of office investor NSI. NSI’s new concept meets the growing demand for more flexible and full-service housing concepts. With fourteen locations, this is the cream of the crop of network and working locations for established businesses and multinationals, but also for flex workers and start-ups.
