Hexion renews 7,000 sq. m. office lease agreement in Rotterdam
Hexion B.V. and Port Park Pernis VOF agreed on renewing the lease agreement of ‘Gebouw 4 Portpark’, located at the Seattleweg 17 in the Botlek industry area, Rotterdam. Hexion B.V. leases approximately 7,000 sq. m. office space located on the ground floor to the 7th floor as well as 148 parking spaces on the adjacent parking lot.
Gebouw 4
‘Gebouw 4 Portpark’ where Hexion is located, was built in 1983. It is at the intersection of the A15 and A4 motorways, and conveniently close to the Pernis manufacturing site.

Port Park Pernis
Port Park Pernis VOF is a joint venture between the Dudok Groep and Rokus Vastgoed B.V. They purchased the office park at the beginning of 2018 to redevelop it into a modern sustainable business park with a new warehouse and office space of approximately 50,000 sq. m. The outdated office buildings of 25,000 sq. m. have been demolished the delivery of the new warehouse and office is foreseen in the beginning of 2022.
The renewal of the lease agreementis one of the largest office deals in Rotterdam this year and completes the optimisation of the new Port Park Pernis business park. Dudok is looking forward to continue the long term relationship with Hexion.
