USG People hires office space in Galgenwaard office complex in Utrecht

USG People has signed a multi-year lease for 1,188 sq. m. of office space in the Velox building of the Galgenwaard office complex. The offices on the south/east side of Utrecht consist of a total of 30,000 sq. m. of office space spread over across four buildings. Part of this complex is the distinctive 80-metre high office building.

USG People is a leading HR service provider in the Netherlands, well-known for the following companies: Start People, Unique, Technicum, USG Professionals and Secretary Plus. USG People Netherlands is part of RGF Staffing, a major global HR service provider operating in Europe, Japan, North America and Oceania.

CBRE advised the landlord in the negotiation of the lease on behalf of the tenant in close cooperation with Ans de Wijn Bedrijfshuisvesing and JLL.

USG People was advised by AREA Occupier Solutions. Asset management of the complex is in the competent hands of Whitewood as joint venture partner of Tristan Capital Partners.
